a monthly room held by a circle of women practitioners. i hold the somatic seat.
what it is
sanctuary is a paid membership. once a month, we gather.
each practitioner in the circle holds a different door. devotional, mystical, embodied, ancestral. i hold the door that opens into the body. the room where you learn to hear what your nervous system has been saying underneath the story you keep telling about it.
it isn't a class, it isn't a group program.
it's a room. the kind that changes what happens in the rest of your week without needing to announce that it did.

women who don't need to be convinced their body has intelligence.
women who want the neurology & the mystical in the same room without having to defend either.
women who are ready to be witnessed by other practitioners, not just held by their teachers.

what you get
a monthly live gathering with the full circle. somatic sessions led by me. recorded if you can't be live. a private space to speak between gatherings. access to the library of past sessions of all practices. (about 10 sessions a month)
