a monthly room held by a circle of women practitioners. i hold the somatic seat.
what it is
sanctuary is a paid membership created by simone. once a month, the circle gathers.
each practitioner in the circle holds a different door. devotional, mystical, embodied, ancestral. i hold the door that opens into the body. the room where you learn to hear what your nervous system has been saying underneath the story you keep telling about it.
you come once a month, and it tends to change what happens in the rest of your week without needing to announce that it did.

women who don't need to be convinced their body has intelligence.
women who want the neurology & the mystical in the same room without having to defend either.
women who want to be witnessed by other practitioners as well as their teachers.
women whose bodies are asking for a room of people to practice with.
what you get
a monthly live gathering with the full circle. somatic sessions led by me, recorded if you can't be live. a private space to talk between gatherings. replays of past sessions from every practitioner in the circle (about 10 sessions a month).
